The love letter is the most yearning genre in literature - and has been for centuries. Exuberant, dreamy or even sorrowful lines tell of the pain of wanting to be together and not being able to be together. Letters from the Middle Ages to the present day, in which famous personalities reveal their innermost feelings, inspired the Blue Valentine duo to create a musical and poetic firework display of great emotions. In keeping with Valentine's Day, they lend their voices to the written words of love in this atmospheric evening and process the literary models in their songs with their own lyrics in a touching, tongue-in-cheek, intense and captivating way.

Blue Valentine are the actress Kristin Scheinhütte and the musician Michael Lohmann.
