The trio "īrēmus", consisting of Julian Grüneberg (bass), Julia Langenbucher (saxophone) and Alex Petratos (drums), tells wordless stories from life. Between the sometimes lyrical, melting or energetically fiery compositions, the three musicians move with great freedom, searching anew in each performance for what makes every good story: the impressions between the lines.

The new concert series Jazz Hoch Drei will revive the unique atmosphere offered by the Bahnhofshäuschen on the banks of the Elbe. Stage, audience, bar - there is no spatial separation at the Hafenbahnhof. The audience experiences the musicians and the musicians experience the audience more closely than at any other venue in the city. This is not a concert hall, but a living room. The ideal place for sonic experiments and new constellations from the Hamburg jazz scene.

In addition to the musical performances, there will be lectures, talks, visual arts and jam sessions. The concerts at Jazz Hoch Drei are a shared experience: after the sets, there will be time for reflection and exchange. Monday evenings on the Elbe come to a quiet and cozy end.
