- Westland, the pioneer of the American single malt, deeply rooted in the raw materials and forests of the Pacific Northwest.

Ewald takes us on a flavorful and cultural journey around the world - with insights into barrel management, barley diversity, origin, maturation and the question of how far single malt can be thought of today.
