After a sold-out exclusive concert at Lido Berlin in February, Israel Nash is coming back to Germany this summer with his great band for a few select concerts.

The celebrated singer-songwriter and guitarist Israel Nash from Texas and Missouri will be presenting his latest album "Ozarker", among other things. The work was recorded with producer Kevin Ratterman and is a tribute to Israel's roots as well as a reflection on love, family, beauty and pain across generations. The music is reminiscent of the heartland rock of artists like Tom Petty, Bruce Springsteen and Bob Seger, while the lyrics paint compelling portraits of everyday people.

Although Israel Nash now lives in Texas, he remains an Ozarker at heart and brings his roots to life in this song cycle. He researched his family background and retreated to a simple house in Wimberley, Texas to write the songs with minimal equipment and great intention. The characters on the album, some from Nash's own family history, are portrayed with great empathy. The album refrains from romanticizing the past and remains honest and human.

The recordings were made with an all-star band in Nash's own recording studio and were further refined at Ratterman's studio in LA. The result is a rich sound that combines old and modern elements of American roots rock. No matter where you come from or where you're going, the past is always with you, and that's what Israel Nash wants to sensitively convey with this album.
