In the organizer's words:

Jacques, the eccentric experimental musician from France, writes little hymns for the heart and makes beguiling music from the sounds of everyday objects. For his new live performance "Videochose", he takes snippets from feature films, documentaries, YouTube videos and videos from his own everyday life, puts them together and sets them to music. In addition to his other objects, launching rockets, barking dogs and crying babies become his new musical instruments. Jacques once again transcends his own boundaries to offer us a concert full of sound and dance, an immersive experience of image and sound.

Jacques has already reinvented himself several times since the release of his first EP "Tous et Manifique". He has woven compositions from noises such as the ringing of bells or the clattering of dishes into soundscapes that he describes as transversal techno, each time resulting in something surprising. In the meantime, he retreated from music to the Moroccan mountains. He has been back since 2021 and has opened himself up musically to pretty much everything.

Jacques already formulated his approach to music and art very well on his single "Dans la Radio", released in 2016. The track promotes the idea of universality and aims to bring people together under the pretext of music: "We all sing the same song, but we don't sing it the same way. We all hear the same song, but we don't hear it the same way," he sings.

What can we expect when Jacques takes to the stage? Pretty much everything.
