The Artur Rutkevich Duo is at home in Berlin's jazz clubs, but has long been playing on stages far beyond - at festivals throughout Europe and on tour in international cities. Led by Artur Rutkevich on alto saxophone, the band thrives on clear musical ideas, openness and intense interplay. Artur Rutkevich shapes the sound with a distinctive, powerful tone and a strong sense of dynamics. The music lives from the interplay on stage - spontaneous, honest and full of presence.
