Led by Berlin-based guitarist Hugo Fernandez, this quartet brings together four internationally experienced musicians, each with their own unique artistic voices.

The band combines modern jazz with influences from minimal music, Afro-Brazilian music and other styles and combines structured compositions with expressive improvisation. Benedikt Jahnel's sophisticated piano playing, Thiago Duarte's earthy and globally influenced bass and Philipp Bernhardt's dynamic drumming create a sound that is both sophisticated and open - and moves effortlessly between tradition and new musical paths.
