Jazz Open 2026: Curtis Stigers & SWR Big Band

Curtis Stigers, the internationally acclaimed singer, songwriter and saxophonist, is going on a release tour through Germany in 2025 with his new album Songs From My Kitchen Vol 1. Known from his livestream series Songs From My Kitchen, he has been delighting fans with intimate living room concerts since 2021. The tour offers the opportunity to experience new songs as well as his timeless hits live. Supported by excellent fellow musicians, Stigers presents his warm voice, saxophone solos and a mix of pop, blues and his own songs in authentic live shows.

At the Jazz Open, he will be on stage together with the SWR Big Band. In addition to his own hits, he presents legendary classics and delivers timeless music without losing his own identity. A seasoned performer who is held in high esteem by icons such as Elton John and Eric Clapton, Stigers offers an unforgettable interplay of music and entertainment for audiences of all ages.
