Jazz Open 2026: Lee Ritenour & Stuttgart Chamber Orchestra

US jazz guitarist Lee Ritenour is known for his laid-back West Coast sound. The man from Los Angeles has released over 40 solo albums in his long career, led many projects and also supported famous colleagues in their productions with his unmistakable guitar playing. His performances with Dave Grusin are world-famous, and he can be heard on Pink Floyd's The Wall, Steely Dan's Aja and Barbra Streisand's Guilty . He is presenting a very special project at the Altes Schloss. Together with the Stuttgart Chamber Orchestra, he will be playing songs by David Bowie. These include tracks from the album Heroes and from Blackstar, the legacy album of the superstar who died in 2016
