Jazz Open 2026: MEUTE

The bass vibrates, the confetti flickers and the red uniforms glitter in the strobe: since 2015, the techno marching band MEUTE from Hamburg has been thrilling audiences around the world with an explosive mix of hypnotic techno and expressive brass music. With acoustic instruments, iconic red jackets and viral hits, the eleven-piece band has revolutionized the idea of the marching band and played over 600 shows in more than 30 countries.

MEUTE is celebrating its tenth anniversary in 2025: with the best-of album JUBEL and the European tour of the same name, another highlight is on the horizon. Their energetic live performances, sold-out shows at the Zénith Paris and Berlin Velodrom as well as appearances at festivals such as Coachella, Fusion and Sziget underline their international success. MEUTE stays close to the audience, exchanges ideas with other artists and delivers pure electronic ecstasy with every performance.
