Jazz Session // Erwin Trio

In the organizer's words:

The Jazz Session once again invites you to an evening of music together. As always, the evening will be opened by an opening band, after which the stage will be open to everyone who wants to make music together.
"The Erwin Trio" was originally formed in 2020. After first appearances in the Dortmund area, the line-up of Philipp Staege - drums, Eric Richards - double bass or electric bass and Miroslaw Tybora - accordion was formed and initially focused on spontaneous and small gigs. The three musicians initially played simple valse musette and standards and thus sought their own direction in music-making.

The program moves between classical and jazz, always with unpredictable elements that leave the audience wandering between enthusiasm and provocation and astonishment. The aim of the trio is to create an authentic concert experience that will not soon be forgotten.
