"Jeden Morgen neu – wofür wir aufstehen" - Soli-Abend im RegenbogenKino

Noch niemand hat sich das Event gemerkt.

In the organizer's words:

- Fundraiser for activists from the former Letzte Generation -

There’s always a “cause” we stand up for.

In our everyday lives:
for that first cup of coffee, to go to work, to take the kids to school, to achieve a goal together with others, for a smile, for solidarity with one another…

And then further:
What do we stand for? What do we stand up for in this world with its myriad crises, which so urgently needs healing action? Where do we find an appropriate answer in the midst of our respective daily lives?

The last generation stood up to end the “business as usual” of fossil fuels: it disbanded in 2024.
The people who were active in that movement continue to bear the consequences of their actions to this day. The Earth keeps turning, and new “reasons” keep emerging. Every morning anew.

This evening, we’d like to invite you to listen to texts and music that tell of such “causes” and, in doing so, to follow your own path. There will be space for connection and for engaging in conversation with one another.

All donations from the evening will benefit activists from the former Letzte Generation.

Texts by Carla Hinrichs, Leony K., Judith Beadle; music by Jens Klein-Bösing
