Jesper Munk stands for a unique blend of blues, soul and indie, carried by a voice that is raw, warm and deeply touching in equal measure. After years in the Berlin underground scene, the Munich musician made an impressive comeback in 2024 with the acclaimed album "Yesterdaze" (Glitterhouse Records, Top 30 in the German charts) - a comeback that took him back to his roots: honest songs, analog sounds, pure emotion.

To mark the tenth anniversary of his successful album "Claim" (2015), which made him famous with hits such as "Morning Coffee", "Courage For Love" and "Reeperbahn" and brought in millions of streams, Munk is releasing the live double album "best of ... live" in 2025 - recorded with the Deutsches Filmorchester Babelsberg and his band The Cassette Heads.

In addition to his own classics, Jesper Munk also presents outstanding cover versions, such as "My Babe" (Little Walter), "Amsterdam" (Jacques Brel), "Head In The Cloud" (Mocky), "Christmas Card From A Hooker In Minneapolis" (Tom Waits) and "Salford Town" (The Dubliners/Luke Kelly), which show how effortlessly he combines tradition and modernity.

Live, Jesper Munk is pure intensity - sometimes quiet and soulful, sometimes rousing and full of energy.
