JO THE MAN THE MUSIC is the musical alter ego of a young Austrian woman who moved to Berlin at some point. She made a highly acclaimed debut in the summer of 2025 with "Skinny Dipping". The single reached number 2 in the FM4 charts - Vienna's central organ for quality and coolness. This was followed by festival appearances at the big Popfest Vienna and at Waves Vienna, lots of support requests and appearances throughout the German-speaking world and as far away as London. Their first EP, "Soft Skin", will be released on January 16, and the evening at FluxBau promises to be a great release party.

FILIAH rose like the proverbial Phoenix from its own ashes in 2025. Highly regarded on the talent circuit early on, she put her guitar down in 2022, exasperated and burnt out. It was only the recurring, intense encouragement from songwriter friends that pulled her out of a deep depression, until she was finally lured to a songwriting camp and rediscovered the joy of music. The result was "Atlas", arguably one of the singles of the year 2025; and subsequently an explosion of self-therapeutic pop songs on the EP "Sad Girl With A Punchline". Invitations to the Reeperbahn Festival and Eurosonic, over 1500 radio plays throughout Europe, global playlist placements ("All New Pop"; cover of the "Fresh Finds Pop" playlist) and, most recently, the endowed Austrian Music Export Prize XA were the result. Songwriting at the very highest level, with lyrical diversity and the depth of a battleship - all this with a spirited portion of pop that evokes comparisons between Maggie Rogers and Sharon van Etten. Big things to come!

Since 2001,Ink Music has established itself as a seal of quality and a haven for future greatness. This is where the careers of caliber such as Bilderbuch, Oehl, Ezra Furman, My Ugly Clementine or Sharktank began; this is the home for Austrian indie legends such as Garish or high-flyers like Endless Wellness. In 2026, the label celebrates its 25th anniversary. And is finally coming back to Berlin!
