Johannisfeuer + Pfarrfest 2025 in Nürnberg-Altenfurt

The St. John's bonfire and the three-day parish festival at the round chapel is a popular tradition in Nuremberg-Altenfurt and far beyond the district.

From June 27 - 29, 2025, the Friends of the Round Chapel Altenfurt e.V. will host the festival together with the Kapellenplatz Altenfurt e.V., the KjG Altenfurt, the KDFB branch association and the parish of St. John the Baptist.

The bonfire will be lit at 6 pm on Friday.
The Altenfurt legends from "Rooster" will treat us to live music

Saturday starts at 5 pm.

The band "Moor'n Köpf" will provide the right sound that evening and invites you to celebrate.

Sunday begins at 10:30 a.m. with a festive church service on Leonhard-Übler-Platz, sung by our church choir. This is followed by a veal sausage breakfast, a Schafkopt tournament, lunch together and a colorful afternoon with activities for young and old and live music from the "Babypumas".

On all three days, there will be a wide variety of food and drink on offer at our stands.
