New albums, old castle, big feelings: Kai Sonnhalter and Josh Island invite you to what is probably the quietest open-air concert of the summer - on a Sunday afternoon. Acoustically. In the ruins of a castle. Between wind, weather and truth. Sounds like a concept? It is one.

Kai Sonnhalter plays songs from his new album "Change", which revolves around the most beautiful of all life crises - change. And not with pyrotechnics and a stadium stage, but with guitar, piano and a lot of emotion. The rock band is off, the melancholy in a major key remains.

Siersberg Castle becomes a living room with a draught, the castle courtyard a stage for handmade music with depth - and the drinks stand a venue for spontaneous encounters. Sounds cheesy? Maybe. But it is one thing above all: real. At his side: Josh Island - singer/songwriter, European with a voice, guitarist with attitude. With catchy melodies, thoughtful lyrics and his very own mix of indie pop and folk, he asks the question: why do we actually build walls - around countries, around hearts, around ourselves? His new album "Imaginary Borders" seeks answers between Lisbon, Amsterdam and his adopted home of Athens - and sounds like a mixture of Fink, Sting, Ben Howard and a very good conversation with the window open. Josh doesn't come with a band for this afternoon either, but with soul, voice and guitar.

An afternoon between old walls and new paths, made for people who still click on "full song" on Spotify and know that the quiet sounds are sometimes the strongest. Culinary delights are also well catered for.

Parking is available at the Siersburg sports ground (Am Hautzenbuckel), from there it's a 15-minute walk up to the castle.
