81 years after the liberation of Auschwitz, the question of the present and future of Jewish life in Germany is more urgent than ever.

To mark International Holocaust Remembrance Day, the City of Dortmund is hosting a panel discussion entitled "Jewish life 81 years after Auschwitz: threatened, guarded, preserved?".

The focus will be on current forms of anti-Semitism, questions of security and visibility as well as the responsibility of the majority society. High-ranking representatives from politics, Jewish communities and civil society will discuss challenges and perspectives.
