In the organizer's words:
"Everyone who wants to dance should have the opportunity to dance", according to this motto, people are invited to try out the world of dance.
The JugendTanzTheaterBallettDortmund under the direction of choreographer Justo Moret is open to anyone aged 16 and over who wants to dance or explore the language of dance. Justo Moret has been running this Ballett Dortmund program since 2008, which enables a wide audience to get to know and try out different forms of dance expression. No previous experience is necessary.
In the 2023/24 season, the JugendTanzTheaterBallettDortmund will explore the life and work of Pablo Picasso in the new production Pi*cas*so. Various digital means will be used in cooperation with the European project PlayOn! and the Academy for Theater and Digitality.
