Whether in New York, London, Hamburg or Amsterdam: Jules Atlas needs nothing more than his voice and a guitar to inspire audiences with his moving songs. At the age of 18, the Hamburg native moved to London, where he has made a name for himself in the scene over the years with numerous appearances in the bars and clubs of the metropolis. With typical folk guitar playing, catchy melodies and narrative lyrics, he evokes a spark of Gaslight Café nostalgia. Authentic and genuine, melancholic and rousing: Jules Atlas sings folk songs in a pop guise. Through Europe-wide tours with artists such as Rhys Lewis and Axel Flovent as well as numerous headline shows, Jules Atlas has gained a lot of live experience and a considerable fan base. After living in London for many years, he is now returning to Germany with a mature repertoire and plenty of stage experience. His debut album, produced by Swen Meyer & Vincent van der Klugt, will be released this summer. The Hamburg singer-songwriter Jules Atlas will release his debut album "Postcards From Sophia" on December 1, 2023. It tells the story of a long-distance relationship, the search for oneself and waiting for each other. In a total of eleven acoustic ballads and rousing uptempo songs, Jules Atlas paints a multi-layered picture of what it feels like to be in your mid-twenties in search of connection and meaning. Sometimes happy, sometimes longing, sometimes without a plan.
