GRILLING & CHILLING 2026 - Live music unplugged in the COBRA beer garden

We have formed a jazz band JumpingBlue with really good people. They interpret swing, bossa and jazz-rock hits from various decades, which everyone, including those who don't normally listen to jazz, knows without exception. They include songs by Al Jarreau, Frank Sinatra, Dusty Springfield, Ray Charles, Stevie Wonder, Jimi Hendrix, Van Morrison and many more. The all-important aspect of recognition is therefore guaranteed. Our first concerts have already been very well received. The fact that we have musical power is known from previous projects. You can look forward to many well-known evergreens, such as "Take Five", Son Of A Preacherman", "Sir Duke, "Just The Two Of Us", "Cantaloupe Island", "Moondance" or "The Girl from Ipanema". Many wonderful memories of the golden age of jazz and beyond, presented in the performers' own private language of expression and set to a grooving soundtrack. So it never gets boring.

The quintet played together for the first time purely by chance at a gig after a number of personnel losses. Without any rehearsal, the musical spark was immediately ignited. Immediately afterwards, everyone involved agreed that such tonal synergy and personal sympathy is rare and can be maintained. The formation of the band was a foregone conclusion. All the sound experts have been on the road for decades in the local scene and are well known.
