Rediscover cocoa on this special tour in Hamburg: raw, sensual and with depth. You will learn how high-quality chocolate is made from a tropical cocoa fruit - and what has made cocoa so special for thousands of years.

Chocolate tasting: cocoa with all your senses

In the first part, you will immerse yourself in the world of chocolate: You'll taste a fresh cocoa fruit straight from the shell, sample intense wild cocoa chocolate and make your own chocolate bar. You will get to know the flavors and differences between different types of cocoa - from mild to intense.

Cocoa ceremony in Hamburg: relaxation through mindful enjoyment

In the second part, Kristin Götz, who has been guiding people in mindfulness practices for over 20 years, will lead you through a one-hour cocoa ceremony. Inspired by ancient cocoa rituals of the Incas and Mayas, you will drink ceremonial cocoa in a special preparation - warmer and more concentrated than conventional drinking chocolate. The natural ingredients of cocoa (theobromine, magnesium, antioxidants) have a relaxing and mood-enhancing effect. In combination with a guided meditation, this creates a soothing break from everyday life - in the middle of Hamburg.
