"Everything is gonna change, and nothing is gonna change." With this sentence, architects Anne Lacaton and Jean-Philippe Vassal introduced the first presentation of their design for the conversion of Kampnagel. What Kampnagel is facing from autumn 2026 is actually a twofold project: on the one hand, renovation and preservation of existing structures, and on the other, new construction and modernization. This architectural tour explains exactly what will happen - what will change and, above all, what will not change. Kampnagel Managing Director Jonas Zipf leads a tour of the site and shows designs - providing insights behind the scenes and into the architects' workshop.
