The ensemble mosaik presents three pieces with film and dance, with the wonderful Butho dancer Tiziana Longo.
The string trio "faces and voices" by Khachatur Kanajan, a floating lucid piece. "Our self-perception in image and sound has undergone a radical intensification in recent decades due to the conquest of all kinds of mobile communication machines. Video calls have become part of everyday life. Never before have we been exposed to so many faces of others and especially our own. We have become accustomed to studying our face at our leisure, finding the perfect position for our head just before we want to take a selfie. The voice messages make us hear our voice more and more often, most of the time we don't like it. Has this changed our social appearance, especially our facial expressions and voice? Are we trying to present ourselves more favorably, nicer, smarter and cooler?" Kanajan
Together with Simon Strasser, Sarah Saviet and Mathis Mayr, dancer Tiziana Longo presents a dance/music poem entitled "Fammi ascoltare il tuo silenzio", which leads into the string trio "Fade" by Haukur Por Hardarson.
Followed by an improvisation by Simon Strasser, with all participants.
