On 19.07.2024 KÄNK, NEW GRAVITY and SHOPPINGVENTURE will heat up the MTC!

KÄNK Alternative Metal
KÄNK are 4 guys from Rheinberg, near Duisburg, who like to make noise.
But what does KÄNK actually stand for? KÄNK stands for everything that is loud, everything that connects and everything that knows no boundaries.
Two guitars, a bass and a drum kit are enough to make the speakers glow. KÄNK play alternative metal, which they describe as a colorful mix between punk and classic metal.
Last year they released their first EP and played many concerts, represented Germany at the Eurorock project, etc. They experienced a lot last year, but that doesn't matter now because they want to come to the MTC and tear the place down.

NEW GRAVITY Pop-Punk/Post-Grunge
NEW GRAVITY from Cologne have known how to inspire their listeners for several years. They are constantly pushing their own genre boundaries - with post-grunge and pop-punk, but also alternative and other rock styles, Elly, Marco, Pascal, Kai and Lenny offer you plenty of room to pogo and deliver both atmospheric melancholy and banging in-your-face rock numbers. NEW GRAVITY are not only creative when it comes to songs, they are also the brains behind QUEENS OF NOISE.

ShoppingVenture indierock
Under the motto "Neue Deutsche Dringlichkeit", ShoppingVenture bring a unique energy to the stage from the very first second. When a cow "sets the farm on fire" to pushing bass and the next moment the band and audience are dancing "Samba on Mars" together, you simply have to jump along.
ShoppingVenture has its finger on the pulse of the times, that's what the new escapism sounds like.
