We cordially invite you to the exhibition "Open Heart Mandalas - Pearls of Inner Peace and Harmony" by mandala artist Katja Bode.
Vernissage 09.01., 17 - 22 o'clock
Regular opening hours 10.01., 12 - 20 hrs + 11.01., 12 - 17 hrs
Finissage 11.01., 5 - 7 p.m.
"For a little over a year now, I have dedicated myself to a quiet, ritualistic moment every morning after breakfast: drawing my mandalas. What began as a morning relaxation exercise has become a ritual and a deep journey of discovery - reconnecting with my inner child, my creativity, peace, joy and a space of inner clarity."
Over the course of this time, more than one hundred works have been created. They all bear Katja Bode's signature:
Fine, precise patterns, plays of color that oscillate between softness and intensity, as well as shimmering accents in gold and silver that lend each mandala something noble and precious. The formats are deliberately kept small - 15 × 15 cm - because their power is particularly clear in this delicate size: as small islands of peace, as sparkling pearls that invite contemplation in silence.
Under the title "Open Heart Mandalas - Pearls of Inner Peace and Harmony", this exhibition brings together a selection that ranges from the beginning of artistic practice to the present day. These are works that come from the heart and speak to the heart.
"Each mandala tells of a moment of inner connection - with myself, with life and with the space of peace that dwells within us all," says Katja Bode. "My intention is for visitors to feel what I feel when I draw: an open heart, curious amazement and the delicate magic that arises when lines, colors and inner silence merge together."
