Kiezsport für Frauen
In the organizer's words:
Our Kiez-Sport offer takes place once a week outside in the garden or in the neighborhood house. Together with Sirin, a trained Kiez-Sport trainer, we invite you to get moving together and work on your fitness. The focus is on having fun and building up your muscles and fitness.
No previous knowledge or fitness level is required. Just come along and give it a go!
The offer is free of charge and is aimed at women only.
