In a world where self-optimization is the order of the day and there is hardly any room for uncertainty, Kind Kaputt provide a powerful alternative. The Leipzig-based band does not focus on perfection, but on the chaos of life. Their songs tell of excessive demands, doubt and the deep longing for stability. In January, they are coming to their hometown of Leipzig for an album release show and will be bringing their new music to the stage. An extensive tour of Germany will follow in March. Instead of ready-made answers, Kind Kaputt have sincere questions: their songs are not instructive, but searching - carried by an intense sound between alternative rock, post-punk and indie melancholy. The guitars are loud, the lyrics clear, the emotions raw. What used to sound like angry self-dissection is now a direct, reflective look at life. KIND KAPUTT manage to translate their inner turmoil into poetic lines and urgent melodies - somewhere between despair and the courage to carry on regardless. With their new single "Wie geht denn das", KIND KAPUTT tease new music and at the same time release a new, very special concert date: on January 24th.
