In the organizer's words:
A love that becomes dangerous in the shadow of religion:
Jonas and Tim fall in love even though their religion forbids it. In the midst of self-doubt, fear and love, they have to overcome themselves and their parents' demons.
"Children of the Devil" is a piece of musical theater that puts religion to the test: Can religiosity and homosexuality go together?
Based on the classic Romeo and Juliet, the play was written and realized entirely independently by FSJ Culture volunteers.
Collaboration between FSJ volunteers from the Jewish Museum, Technikmuseum, Theater Strahl, Grips Theater, Theater Thikwa and others.
