Kitti Ciao from Berlin play indie punk.

Brought together by various band projects, they founded Kitti Ciao in 2023 to play something distorted again. Somehow intense, but still full of feeling - somewhere between allotment rock and bars

Her second EP "Ich will doch einfach nur Spass" was released in July 2025 on her own label "wird langsam" and is accompanied by a release concert at Badehaus Berlin as well as several festival and club shows in cities such as Hamburg and Munich.

In contrast to their previous release, the new songs do not lose any of their directness and present themselves as a consistent further development of the sound. "Koksen" and "Karolina" offer an intense look at escapism and self-forgetfulness, oscillating between revolt and melancholy.

"Spass" is a powerful track about the desperate search for lightness in an overwhelming world, while "Ich versteh das nicht" and "Blitzverliebt" address the feeling of being emotionally up in the air after an intense relationship - left behind with questions to which there are no answers.

The final song is "Nach Haus", in which singer Arsen escapes from a destroyed world, but not without looking back with longing.
