In keeping with the title of the event "Clear Fall", a 5-course menu will be served that gets to the heart of the art of distillation.
Hans Reisetbauer, who is regarded as a pioneer of the modern art of distilling, will be there in person to introduce guests to the world of his fine spirits. Each course of the exquisite menu, created by top chefs Thomas Kammeier and Florian Peters, is perfectly matched to the selected spirits - a harmonious liaison of fine cuisine and clear distillates.
Look forward to great combinations, such as pickled fjord trout & ponzu broth, avocado, lettuce heart & coriander, served with Hans Reisetbauer's ginger brandy. These and other exciting dishes await you!
