Clothes swap for adult clothing & accessories, open to all

The textile industry is characterized by exploitation, unfair wages, environmental pollution and high resource consumption, especially in the Global South. At the same time, fashion in industrialized countries is characterized by overconsumption and a throwaway mentality. Fashion trends, social media and group dynamics reinforce the desire for "hip" clothing, while the available budget is often low, especially for young people.

On Saturday, we want to show that there is another way with the clothes swap. There will also be the opportunity to try on items of clothing. We will be there for you from 10:00 to 15:00. There will also be the opportunity to try on items of clothing and sit down together over a coffee.

If you would like to give garments a new lease of life - drop-off points:

From 01.04. to 24.04.2026 you can drop off your items at these locations:
Ebern Town Council, Room 1.01, Rittergasse 3, 96106 Ebern; Tuesdays from 15:00-16:30
UBiZ Oberschleichach, Pfarrer-Baumannstraße 17, Oberschleichach; Monday - Thursday, 09:00 - 15:00

We will also be accepting items of clothing directly on site on 24/25.04.2026, but if possible we ask you to drop them off in advance.
