An evening full of Mediterranean scents, colors and flavors 🌿✨

Together we will immerse ourselves in the world of Mediterranean spices, discover their origins, special features and effects - and mix our own spice step by step. You will learn how to properly combine, roast or refine herbs such as rosemary, thyme, oregano etc. to make your dishes at home even more aromatic.

Afterwards, we will cook a delicious dish with our spice, enjoy it together in a relaxed atmosphere, exchange tips and round off the evening with a glass of wine 💜

Who are we?

We are the Bazar Manufaktur - a small, regional spice manufactory from Leipzig. We are all about high-quality organic spices, spice blends, oils and teas, which we carefully select, process and lovingly bottle by hand. Together with our coffee shop Arnolds Genuss Oase, we create a place where enjoyment, quality and good craftsmanship come together. Our workshops combine this knowledge with a genuine passion for spices - and bring it to life for everyone.
