Get ready for a truly delicious wok cooking class - without any meat! Chinese cuisine is all about balance, which is why there are lots of vegetables, tofu, seitan and mushrooms on the dining table. With this vegetarian wok course, we would like to introduce you to the diversity of Chinese cuisine.
And even if you are not a vegetarian, you will enjoy the course! Because thanks to the unique flavors of the ingredients, vegetarian food simply tastes incredibly delicious.

- Plant Based lamb strips with cumin and coriander and Chinese cabbage salad
- Mapo tofu, fried pointed cabbage with garlic, rice
- Soy pudding with kinako
Yaxin Yang
Yaxin Yang, born and raised in Beijing in 1977, cookbook author and nutritionist for vegetarian and vegan dishes. Experiencing and experimenting, developing authentic Chinese food with selected organic and regional ingredients for health and well-being is her passion and the expression of her cooking style.
