In this course, we will cook selected recipes from Roman antiquity together.
Learn the correct cutting and working techniques from a professional chef.
The prepared dishes will then be tasted in a cozy atmosphere.
In the meantime, learn background information, the Latin terms and the etymology of various technical terms still used today.
The choice of recipes depends on the participants and will be announced on the day of the course.
