Kontemplation/Meditation oder: still.präsent.sein

In the organizer's words:

Contemplation is the practice of meditation originating from the Christian tradition.

By sitting in silence, we practise going inwards (inner contemplation) and being mindful in the present moment. We calm our minds and open up the space to come into contact with our own center and listen to ourselves. Finally, we recite a text together.

The contemplation exercise is universal and non-denominational. Everyone is welcome! You can join at any time. Do you have any questions? Then simply write to us: valdorf.ronny@bbw-leipzig.de.

In order to guarantee the sitting exercise in silence, we ask you to be on site by 19:20 at the latest.

We look forward to seeing you!
