In the organizer's words:
CLANK ('klæŋk) - is the new project by drummer Clemens Litschko. The name already hints at the onomatopoeic quest of the four Leipzig musicians: in conventional roles, completely acoustic, romantic, beautiful, then expressive, powerful, surprising and even dirty.
In their music, CLANK enjoy the jazz tradition and vigorously mix in the soundtrack of their youth. Free improvisations merge with compositions that deal with complex rhythms and celebrate the sound potential of the line-up.
