Konzert | Klez & World | St. Peter und Paul Kirche Niederröblingen

The String Company delights its audience with its enormous versatility: world music, gipsy, Balkan, klezmer and chansons are the genres in which the musicians perform together and constantly rediscover the highs and lows of their music. Songs are performed in English, Russian, Yiddish, Hebrew, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Serbian, Polish and German. The wide range of the repertoire is supported by the different cultures from which the musicians come. The concerts unfold a rich mosaic of sounds, rhythms and melodies from the Gipsy, Klezmer and Balkan traditions. Their music creates a wonderful bridge between the different cultures. At the center of the concert, the quartet presents its song cycle on the Jewish treasure.

The singer Marion Minkus will be accompanied by Lev Guzman (viola) | Peter Kluge (guitar) | Martin Chaves (bass) | Eric Ebeling (sound design).
