Chansons from Greece, France, Spain, Italy, Armenia, Turkey, Iran, Kurdistan and many more. Nawa creates images of melancholy, longing and dancing joy. Rousing Arabic rhythms and Mediterranean melodies create an aura of togetherness in diversity.

Yusuf Kilic, Luigi Coppola, Uwe Reiners and Nasser Faradjollahi-Liedtke call themselves "Nawa" - Persian for "sound". They play saz, oud, bousouki, double bass, cello, guitar and Persian drums. This is how they weave the soundscape for the visually powerful lyrical lyrics.
