LATVIAN FOLK MEETS JAZZ
The quartet transports us sonically to the white birch forests of Latvia. There you can dance freely, dream, celebrate nature and its power, but also find peace and grounding. After several stops around the world, singer and violinist Tina Burova, a native of Latvia, has landed in Hamburg, where she has teamed up with three friends from the jazz scene and arranged the Latvian folk songs to suit her instruments.
