The "Unerhört?" concert series enters the next round on January 11, 2026. Once a quarter, the audience will be presented with music between tradition and innovation. The internationally sought-after pianist Markus Becker will kick off 2026. Becker moves effortlessly between the "classical" repertoire and jazz. In the "Solo" concert, he will improvise on motifs by Ludwig van Beethoven (1770-1827) and also perform his own compositions for the audience.

Adults €5.00; concessions (for schoolchildren, students, trainees, people with disabilities, pensioners and holders of the "Braunschweig Pass") €2.50; children aged 6 - 16 €2.00; Free admission for school classes and children up to the age of 6. The Städtisches Museum is fully accessible. The Municipal Museum is a member of the Braunschweig MuseumsCard. It allows free admission once and permanently reduced admission on subsequent visits for one year to the seven largest museums in Braunschweig.
