Free outdoor workout for more stamina & fitness with seasonal winter swimming afterwards for a strong immune system & more vitality!
What can you expect?
A varied, effective & functional full-body workout in the fresh air for more fitness, strength, endurance, coordination & flexibility.
- The workout starts at 8:30.
- At 9:00 we then continue swimming together all year round (ice & winter swimming in winter)
- Every last Sunday of the month there is a community brunch by the lake for even more interaction
Everything is possible, not a must!
Every fitness level is welcome. All exercises can be adapted to you!
The workouts are free, but not free for your health!

What is the Health Meeting Leipzig?
Since it was founded in 2016, Health Meeting Leipzig has been the central point of contact for modern health, prevention and longevity in the region. Originating from the #HealthIsForAll movement, Carsten Wölffling has already realized over 50 events via Health Meeting Leipzig in the last 10 years.
At the same time, the HML is the place to go for safe winter & ice swimming in Leipzig & swimming at Lake Cospuden on 01.01.
Every day there are free opportunities to do outdoor workouts together. The focus here is on community & fellowship.
The aim is to translate scientific findings from theory into tangible practice. Creating, demonstrating and supporting opportunities. Knowledge of action instead of theory. Prevention instead of reaction.
The Health Meeting is based on a strong community concept. With a mix of experiences and innovative events, we create a platform for genuine self-efficacy and sustainable quality of life.
