The charming theater in the south of Stuttgart is hosting a winter series on its stage. Anyone who has ever been to Kolb Straße knows that the Dreigroschentheater is a great and cozy place to listen.

Krazy: Singer, songster, bohemienne. Based in Cologne, at home in words, on the road in music. Went on the road in 1993 with Dylan songs and from 2008 onwards she trained on stage with Peter Sarach (RAUSCH, Cowboys on Dope). Her first solo program in German began in 2010. Countless appearances on pub, cabaret and theater stages later, she met master songwriter Danny Dziuk in 2018, who produced her album Seifenblasenmaschine after an initial collaboration, which received much praise and a place on the 2021/1 longlist for the German Record Critics' Award.

Five years after the last album Seifenblasenmaschine, Krazy's vinyl release in boots follows. Formally not a long player, but a small album that connects great distances - temporal-biographical, contextual, musical. Street and showbiz experiences, insights condensed into songs and reflections on a peculiar career between the pedestrian zone and the theater stage. A psycho-analysis of wearing boots. A celebration of mourning and life in hymn-like harmony. Multiple sharply rhymed objections to the attribution and definition of identity, to false expectations of person and program. Krazy-typical poetic investigations of word figures, concepts and their applicability in changing settings.
