Kreatives Papierschöpfen: Frühlings-Spezial

In the organizer's words:

Old paper belongs in the bin? Not at all! In our upcycling workshop, we'll show you how to give old paper a new lease of life and refine it. We don't just use any old paper, but used paper from the German National Library. In this case: old loan slips that are no longer used and would end up in the bin.

On this basis, we get to work and new writing material is created step by step in the museum cabinet. From shredding and mixing to scooping and drying: together we create individual papers with a "vat" and a sieve. Delicate colors as well as flower and Easter motifs are the focus of the "Spring Special". Using various techniques, we transform waste paper into individual, new works of art.
