From making individual address books and notebooks, photo albums to decorative, small artistic book objects, we will show you how to make beautiful books yourself.
To the series of events
The creative workshop at the German Museum of Books and Writing at the German National Library in Leipzig is aimed at families with children as well as young people and adults. Various creative techniques can be tried out together. We will show you how to make paper balls, silhouettes and garlands or how to create small works of art using origami and other paper folding techniques.
The creative workshop takes place once a month on Thursdays from 3 to 4:30 pm. Our choice of topics is also based on the respective season.
