In the organizer's words:

In the 120 m² hotel kitchen in the Black Forest House from 1639, guests can feast - and dance - throughout the evening, as Katja Newman, hotel manager in the 16th generation of the family and singer, performs with her husband Jimmy and band. The event kicks off with a champagne reception. Later, guests will enjoy fine wines from the renowned regional wineries Bercher and Dr. Heger.

The team of kitchen director Bernhard König and head chef Alexander Kolodziej will be looking over their shoulders as they cook. The team will be supported by Christoph Kaiser, former Parkhotel Adler employee and now star chef at Freiburg's Restaurant Jacobi. Also on board: Erik Koch from Meisenheimer Hof, who has also previously stood at the hotel's stove.

Don't be surprised if the hotel crew rock out on the kitchen counter late at night - it's a traditional part of this event!
