Culinary tour through Friedrichshain

Our tour through Friedrichshain takes us to two places with different sustainable gastronomy concepts. We start with sweet delicacies and end the walk with savory dishes.
Station 1 is Boxhagener Platz. Balaram offers a sweet selection of around twelve different fruit sorbets, brownies and cakes such as the New York Cheesecake every day. All products are 100% vegan, including the waffles and toppings, and are produced in cooperation with Eiskontor Berlin.
Just a few meters away is Dervish, a family-run restaurant that advertises a vegan and sattvic menu. All dishes are prepared with fresh ingredients "to the rhythm of the flavors of the Great Silk Road". Naturally without preservatives, artificial flavors or other additives. Let yourself be surprised!
