Kultur vor der Museumstür – Führung auf den Rheinturm mit Dr. Marion Roehmer

The Rhine Tower is one of the most significant structures in the town of Zons. Since 2025, this building—which is over 650 years old and served as part of the town’s fortifications, a customs tower, and an archiepiscopal emblem—has once again been open to the public as part of guided tours.

Archaeologist and historian Dr. Marion Roehmer specializes in medieval and early modern archaeology, architectural research, and material culture.

Afterward, participants can share their impressions over coffee and a delicious soup in the museum’s fireplace room.
