Following the sold-out event this spring, DenkRaumOst once again invites you to the Kunsthaus DAS MINSK. Hardly any place is better suited for this topic than today’s MINSK—once one of the most renowned restaurants in the GDR and a place for socializing, enjoyment, and conversation, it remains to this day a place that brings together art and cuisine, the past, the present, and the future.
The panel discussion“Art & Culinary Arts in the East” invites you to rediscover East German transformation with all your senses: In conversation, painter and author Ulla Walter, Patrick Schwatke from the Michelin-starred restaurantAlte Überfahrtin Werder, and author and journalist Anja Reich-Osang will highlight facets of this transformation and open up new perspectives on the past, present, and future.
Of course, a small culinary snack will be provided by Cafébar HEDWIG—after all, talking about food without tasting it would be almost unthinkable in this setting.
