Kunst mit Kuchen Sichtbar - Die eigene Sammlung

The Art with Cake format is aimed at senior citizens who would like to get to know the museum and the exhibitions in a relaxed atmosphere. On the last Wednesday of every month, we offer this special art experience for which no prior knowledge is required. After a joint tour, there is time to enjoy a piece of cake together in our beautiful museum café and get into conversation.

Group registration is not possible! Groups can book individual appointments for a guided tour with or without a workshop.

The Kunstmuseum Bochum has a diverse collection: paintings, sculptures, drawings, installations, photographs and much more - the municipal art collection consists of well over 8,000 works. The permanent exhibition Visible , set up in 2020, brings together a selection of important works and provides an insight into the history of the collection.
