In the organizer's words:
Artificial intelligence already offers companies a wide range of opportunities to make processes more efficient, automate tasks in a meaningful way and make services more visible digitally. However, this is also countered by concerns and fears, such as the loss of jobs.
In her presentation, Nicole Münch van Gompel will address common myths surrounding AI and, together with Petra Spankus, Head of Marketing and Communication at opseo Intensivpflege, will use the example of the customer project "opseo Intensivpflege" to show how AI can be used to optimize processes and complement humans in a meaningful way.
Finally, Nicole Münch van Gompel will present a specially developed GEO tool for optimizing websites and digital platforms for AI systems such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity. The tool helps companies to be found and recommended in these AI systems, where customers are increasingly looking for services and solutions. This results in a clear first-mover advantage: those who rely on GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) at an early stage strengthen their visibility in AI-supported search systems and at the same time benefit from positive effects on classic SEO and Google rankings.
The lecture and discussion will be followed by a vernissage with works by Cologne-based artist Philipp Kühn. His works invite visitors to experience art as a moment of uninhibited, immediate joy and to create a feeling of connection in an unfamiliar environment. The exhibition thus offers an inspiring framework for exchange, encounters and a joint conclusion to the event.
